The present invention provides a reclaimed offshore rescue system, which is reclaimed under the ground of coast (mainly tide embankments and breakwaters) to stably perform initial response in the event of life saving and marine disasters, wherein various lifesaving devices are managed and kept in an intact state in a place where negligent accidents such as drowning accidents have occurred at beaches, the sea, breakwaters, and the like to be utilized swiftly in response when a negligent accident occurs, thereby preventing casualties. The reclaimed offshore rescue system comprises: a box body buried underground and having a storage space with an opening inside; a rescue box including an opening and closing cover for opening and closing the opening of the box body; a solar power generation module provided on the surface of the opening and closing cover of the rescue box to generate electric energy by receiving sunlight; a solar power generation means including a charger for charging the electric energy generated by the solar power generation module; an external lighting means provided on the opening and closing cover and emitting emergency lighting by receiving power supplied from the charger by means of the control of a control means; and an internal lighting means radiating natural light into the storage space of the box body by receiving power by means of the control of the control means.

    본 발명은, 해안가의 지중(주로 방조제,방파제)에 매립되어 인명구조 및 해양재난의 발생시 초기대응을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있도록 된 것으로, 해수욕장, 바닷가, 방파제 등에서의 안전사고(익사 사고 등) 발생지역에 각종 구명장비를 온전한 상태로 관리 및 보관하여 안전사고의 발생시 신속하에 활용하여 대응하도록 되어 인명사고를 예방할 수 있도록; 지중에 매설되며 내부에 개구를 가지는 저장공간이 형성된 함본체와, 상기 함본체의 개구를 개폐하는 개폐덮개를 구비하는 구조함과; 상기 구조함의 개폐덮개의 표면에 구비되어 태양광을 공급받아 전기에너지를 발생시키도록 된 태양광발전모듈과, 상기 태양광발전모듈을 통해 발전된 전기에너지를 충전하도록 된 충전기를 구비하는 태양광발전수단과; 상기 개폐덮개에 구비되며 상기 충전기에서 공급되는 제어수단의 제어를 통해 전원을 공급받아 비상조명을 발광하도록 된 외부조명수단과; 상기 제어수단의 제어를 통해 전원을 공급받아 상기 함본체의 저장공간으로 조명광을 조사하도록 된 내부조명수단;을 포함하는 매립형 해양구조시스템을 제공한다.
