A system of the present invention includes: a plurality of CCTVs installed on structures such as CCTVs and an electronic display board to perform photographing and radar sensing the inside/outside of a road; an analysis prediction server which is interlocked with the plurality of CCTVs to automatically analyze and predict unexpected situations inside/outside lanes by collecting and learning video data and radar signals captured through the CCTVs; and an AI data learning server which provides a learning result of learning the type of the unexpected situation to the analysis prediction server.

    본 발명의 시스템은 CCTV, 전광판 등의 구조물 등에 설치되어 도로의 안/밖을 촬영 및 레이다 센싱하는 복수의 CCTV; 상기 복수의 CCTV와 연동되어 상기 CCTV를 통해 촬영된 영상 데이터 및 레이다 신호를 수집 및 학습하여 차선 안/밖의 돌발상황을 자동분석 및 예측하는 분석예측서버; 및 상기 돌발상황의 종류를 학습한 학습결과를 상기 분석예측서버로 제공하는 AI 데이터 학습서버를 포함한다.
