According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a system for managing a snow removal operation, comprises: a communication circuit; a plurality of snow removal information collecting devices; a plurality of snow removal devices; and a snow removal operation managing device. The snow removal operation managing device can be set to receive sensor information from the snow removal information collecting devices and the snow removal devices through the communication circuit, to determine operating conditions of the snow removal information collecting devices and the snow removal devices on the basis of the received sensor information, to determine whether to perform a snow removal operation by applying the sensor information on the snow removal information collecting devices and the snow removal devices received in accordance with the determined operating conditions to a learning algorithm, and to transmit a control signal related to the snow removal operation to at least one of snow removal devices through the communication circuit when it is determined that the snow removal operation is performed. Therefore, a snow removal operation can be performed efficiently.
