본 발명은, 방제빙 허니콤 코어 복합재 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 방제빙 허니콤 코어 복합재는, 유전체 섬유로 전자기파흡수층을 형성하는 형성단계, 제1 베이스, 제2 베이스, 이너블록을 포함하는 성형부를 이용하여 상기 전자기파흡수층으로 허니콤 코어 구조체를 성형하는 성형단계, 상기 허니콤 코어 구조체를 경화시키는 경화단계 및 상기 성형부를 제거하는 제거단계를 포함하며, 상기 성형단계는, 육각기둥 형상의 상기 이너블록이 안착 가능한 복수 개의 홈을 구비하는 상기 제1 베이스에, 복수 개의 상기 이너블록과 복수 개의 상기 전자기파흡수층을, 복수 개의 상기 이너블록 사이에 상기 전자기파흡수층이 위치하도록 허니콤 코어 구조로 적층하는 제1 적층단계 및 상기 제1 베이스에 적층된 상기 이너블록과 상기 전자기파흡수층을 상기 제1 베이스와 동일한 형상의 상기 제2 베이스로 덮는 제2 적층단계를 포함하여 제조될 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to an anti-icing honeycomb core composite and a method of manufacturing the same. Such an anti-icing honeycomb core composite may be manufactured by a forming step of forming an electromagnetic wave absorption layer by using dielectric fiber, a molding step of molding the electromagnetic wave absorption layer into a honeycomb core structure by using a molded part including a first base, a second base, and an inner block, a hardening step of hardening the honeycomb core structure, and a removal step of removing the molded part. The molding step includes a first stacking step of stacking, on the first base including a plurality of grooves in which the inner blocks each having a hexagonal column shape are able to be seated, a plurality of the inner blocks and a plurality of the electromagnetic wave absorption layers as the honeycomb core structure so that the electromagnetic wave absorption layer is disposed between the plurality of inner blocks and a second stacking step of covering the inner blocks and the electromagnetic wave absorption layers stacked on the first base with the second base having the same shape as the first base.
