The present invention relates to a device for predicting the occurrence of black ice and blow-up on a road surface. The purpose of the present invention is to accurately predict black ice that occurs on a road surface in winter and a blow-up phenomenon that occurs during a heat wave, and inform the black ice or the blow-up phenomenon to a driver. The device for predicting the occurrence of black ice and blow-up comprises: a thermal imaging camera (20) provided on a vertical column (10) on one side of a road to measure the temperature of the surface of the road; a temperature/humidity sensor (30) provided at the vertical column (10); a control unit for predicting the occurrence of black ice and blow-up on the basis of the temperature of the road surface measured by the thermal imaging camera (20) and the atmospheric temperature and humidity measured by the temperature/humidity sensor (30), and reporting a prediction result to a traffic center situation room; and a road situation monitoring server provided in the traffic center situation room.

    본 발명은 도로 노면의 블랙아이스 및 블로우업 발생 예측장치에 관한 것으로서, 동절기에 도로 노면에 발생하는 블랙아이스 및 폭염시 발생하는 블로우업 현상을 정확하게 예측하여 이를 운전자에게 안내하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 블랙아이스 및 블로우업 발생 예측장치는, 도로 일측의 수직기둥(10)에 구비되어 도로 노면의 온도를 측정하는 열화상 카메라(20)와, 상기 수직기둥(10)에 구비되는 온·습도 센서(30)와, 상기 열화상 카메라(20)에 의해 측정된 도로 노면의 온도와, 상기 온·습도 센서(30)에 의해 측정된 대기 온도 및 습도에 의해, 블랙아이스 및 블로어업 발생을 예측하여 이를 교통센터 상황실로 전송하는 제어부와, 교통센터 상황실에 구비되는 도로상황 모니터링 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
