The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the eco-friendly buoy is made of stainless steel or nonferrous metal of aluminum, thereby being strong against corrosion caused by seawater, having strong durability, having good ductility, being prevented from being decolored even while used for a long time, having no change in buoyancy, and having a long lifespan. The eco-friendly buoy is sealed by filling a buoyant body (P) made of a complete product before use or a recycled product after use, which is made of at least one or a mixture of a plastic bottle, a PE bottle, a PE air-cell, an EPP, an EPS bead, or polystyrene made of synthetic resin materials therein, thereby solving an environmental problem by consuming the recycled product that has emerged as the environmental problem.

    본 발명은 친환경 부표 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 스테인레스 스틸 또는 알루미늄의 비철금속제로 제조되어 해수에 의한 부식에 강하고 내구성이 강하며 연성이 좋고 장시간 사용하여도 변색되지 않으며 부력의 변화가 없고 수명이 오래가며, 부표 내부에 합성수지재로 된 페트병, PE병, PE에어셀, EPP, EPS 비드 또는 스티로폼 중 적어도 하나 혹은 혼합한 것으로 이루어지는, 사용 전의 완제품 또는 사용 후의 재활용품으로 이루어지는 부력체(P)를 채워넣고 밀봉함으로써 환경 문제로 대두되는 재활용품을 소모하여 환경문제를 해소할 수 있게 한 친환경 부표 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
