The present invention relates to a composite leaf spring and a suspension device including the same. The composite leaf spring includes: a central coupling unit whose thickness decreases as it moves away from the center; a support unit connected to the central coupling unit and having no thickness change; and an end coupling unit having a thickness greater than that of the support unit and connected to the support unit. Accordingly, the composite leaf spring has a thickness that decreases from the center to the end, and the support unit is connected to the central coupling unit and the thickness thereof is not changed toward an end, so that stress caused by a vertical load and a torsion load can be maintained constant. Therefore, the composite leaf spring can be lightened.

    본 발명은 복합재 판 스프링 및 이를 포함하는 서스펜션 장치에 관한 것으로, 중심에서 멀어질수록 두께가 감소하는 중앙 체결부, 상기 중앙 체결부와 연결되어 있고 두께 변화가 없는 지지부 및 두께가 상기 지지부의 두께보다 두껍고 상기 지지부와 연결되어 있는 단 체결부를 포함한다. 따라서, 복합재 판 스프링은 중앙에서 단부로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지고, 지지부는 중앙 체결부와 연결된 상태에서 단부로 갈수록 두께 변화 없어 수직 방향 하중과 비틀림 하중에 의한 응력을 일정하게 유지할 수 있다. 이에 복합재 판 스프링을 경량화할 수 있다.
