Disclosed is a system for warning collision with a marine bridge and a coastal facility, which comprises: an X-band radar (110) formed on a marine bridge (11) and a coastal facility (12); a PTZ camera (120) for performing optical capturing and thermal image capturing for a ship (20); a PT VHF transceiver for communicating with a VHF transceiver of the ship (20); and a control unit (140) including an image analysis module for identifying the ship (20) by analyzing a radar image, a coordinate calculation module for calculating a spatial coordinate of the ship (29), and a control module for transmitting warning information to the ship (20) approaching a collision warning sea area by controlling the PT VHF transceiver. The image analysis module identifies and detects the ship (20) of a small size by removing sea surface noise caused by waves of a specific threshold value or less by overlapping N radar images and calculating a mean thereof. Therefore, warning information can be transmitted without noise damage to the surroundings while the ship (20) having the high collision risk with the marine bridge (11) and the coastal facility (12) is recorded as video.

    본 발명은, 해상교량(11) 및 해안시설물(12)에 형성된 X밴드 레이더(110), 선박(20)을 광학 촬영 및 열영상 촬영하는 PTZ 카메라(120), 선박(20)의 VHF 송수신기와 통신하는 PT VHF 송수신기와, 레이더 영상 이미지를 분석하여 선박(20)을 식별하는 영상분석모듈과, 선박(20)의 공간좌표를 산출하는 좌표산출모듈과, PT VHF 송수신기를 제어하여 충돌경고해역으로 접근하는 선박(20)으로 경고정보를 전송하는 제어모듈로 구성되는 제어부(140)를 포함하여, 영상분석모듈은, 레이더 영상 이미지를 N개 중첩시킨 후 평균하여 특정 임계값 이하의 파랑에 의한 해수면 노이즈를 제거하여 작은 크기의 선박(20)을 식별하여 탐지하도록 하여서, 해상교량(11) 및 해안시설물(12)과 충돌위험성이 높은 선박(20)을 영상녹화하면서 경고정보를 주변소음 피해없이 전송할 수 있는, 레이더 기반 해상교량 및 해안시설물 충돌 경보 시스템을 개시한다.
