The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a nose cone of an aircraft, which comprises: a nose cone main body installed at a front end of the aircraft; and a nose cone tip installed on the top of the nose cone main body. The manufacturing method comprises: a nose cone main body forming step of primarily forming the nose cone main body by laminating a composite material ply (P) on an inner mold corresponding to an inner cone shape; an out mold installation step of installing an out mold on the nose cone main body; a vacuum bagging step of vacuum-bagging the nose cone main body on which the out mold is installed to adhere to the laminated composite material ply (P); and a final molding step of inserting the nose cone main body into an autoclave and finally melting and impregnating the same to be finally molded.

    항공기의 선단에 설치되는 노즈콘 본체와, 노즈콘 본체의 상부에 설치되는 노즈콘 팁을 포함하는 항공기용 노즈콘의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 이 개시된 노즈콘의 내부 형상에 대응되는 이너몰드 상에 복합재 플라이(P)를 적층하여, 노즈콘 본체를 일차적으로 형성하는 노즈콘 본체 형성단계와; 노즈콘 본체에 아웃몰드를 설치하는 아웃몰드 설치단계와; 아웃몰드가 설치된 노즈콘 본체를 진공 배깅하여, 적층된 복합재 플라이(P)를 밀착시키는 진공 배깅단계; 및 노즈콘 본체를 오토클레이브 안에 삽입하여 용융 및 함침하여 최종 성형하는 최종 성형단계를 포함한다.
