The present invention relates to a floating photovoltaic system having a cooling system which utilizes wind power to cool a solar panel at constant temperature and remove a pollutant of a surface of the solar panel in order to increase power generation efficiency. The floating photovoltaic system having a cooling system comprises: a floating structure (100) provided to float on the water; a solar panel (200) disposed in the floating structure (100) to convert sunlight into electric energy; a water channel unit (210) supplying water to the solar panel (200); a pump (220) pumping the water in the water and supplying the water to the water channel unit (210); and a wind power device (300) including a blade (310) provided in the floating structure (100) to be rotated by wind power and generating driving power for driving the pump (220).

    본 발명은 발전 효율을 높이기 위하여 풍력을 활용하여 태양광 패널을 일정 온도로 냉각하고 그 표면의 오염물을 제거할 수 있는 냉각 시스템이 구비된 수상 태양광 발전 시스템에 관한 것으로, 수상에 부유하도록 마련된 부유 구조물(100)과; 상기 부유 구조물(100)에 배치되어 태양광을 전기 에너지를 변환하게 되는 태양광 패널(200)과; 상기 태양광 패널(200)에 물을 공급하기 위한 수로부(210)와; 수중의 물을 펌핑하여 상기 수로부(210)에 공급하기 위한 펌프(220)와; 상기 부유 구조물(100)에 마련되어 풍력에 의한 회전 운동이 이루어지는 블레이드(310)를 포함하여 상기 펌프(220)를 구동하기 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 풍력장치(300)를 포함한다.
