The present invention provides a secondary accident prevention system capable of preventing a secondary accident by radiating silicon lighting toward the rear of a vehicle when an accident occurs and enabling a driver in the rear to recognize the accident as the radiated silicon lighting emits light. According to the present invention, the secondary accident prevention system includes: the silicon lighting enabling the driver in the rear to recognize the accident by emitting the light when being radiated toward the rear of the vehicle; a launch pad accommodating the silicon lighting and installed in the vehicle, wherein the launch pad radiates the light accommodated toward the rear of the vehicle; a sensing unit sensing impulse applied to the vehicle; and a control unit generating a radiation signal based on the sensed impulse applied to the vehicle or a request of the driver and driving the launch pad when the radiation signal is generated. Therefore, the secondary accident prevention system can prevent the secondary accident and guarantee the safety of the driver of the accident vehicle by enabling the vehicle in the rear to recognize the accident even if the driver of the accident vehicle does not install a tripod and perform a hand signal when the accident of the vehicle occurs.

    사고 발생 시 차량의 후방을 향해 실리콘 조명이 발사되도록 하고, 발사된 실리콘 조명이 발광하여 후방의 운전자가 사고사실을 인지하도록 함으로써 2차 사고가 방지되도록 하는 2차 사고 방지시스템이 개시된다. 본 2차 사고 방지시스템은 차량의 후방을 향해 발사되면 발광하여, 후방의 운전자가 사고사실을 인지하도록 하는 실리콘 조명; 상기 차량에 장착되고 상기 실리콘 조명이 수납되며, 구동되면 상기 수납된 조명이 상기 차량의 후방을 향해 발사되도록 하는 발사대; 상기 차량에 가해진 충격량을 감지하는 감지부; 및 운전자의 요청 또는 상기 감지된 차량에 가해진 충격량을 기반으로 발사신호를 생성하고, 상기 발사신호가 생성되면 상기 발사대가 구동되도록 하는 제어부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 차량의 사고 발생 시, 사고 차량의 운전자가 삼각대의 설치 및 수신호를 행하지 않아도 사고사실을 후방의 차량에 인지시킬 수 있어 사고 차량의 운전자의 안전을 보장하면서 2차 사고를 방지할 수 있다.
