The present invention relates to a bonded-pad for a coil-spring of a vehicle suspension and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the bonded-pad comprises a low hardness layer formed along a surrounding portion of a coil-spring mounting unit on which a coil-spring is mounted, and a high hardness layer having higher hardness than the low hardness layer. Moreover, the coil-spring and the pad are bonded and fixated through a bonding layer formed on a contact surface between the coil-spring mounting unit and the coil-spring to improve dynamic characteristics and bonding durability.

    본 발명은 코일스프링이 안착되는 코일스프링 안착부 주변부를 따라 형성된 저경도층과, 저경도층보다 높은 경도를 가지는 고경도층으로 구성되고, 코일스프링 안착부와 코일스프링간 접촉면에 형성된 접착층을 통해 코일스프링과 패드가 접착되어 고정됨으로써, 본디드 패드의 동적 특성 및 접착 내구성이 향상되는 자동차 현가장치 코일스프링용 본디드 패드 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
