The present invention provides a vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge and a construction method applied with a computer control method. According to the present invention, the vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge prevents a hydraulic jack from deviating from a predetermined range on a vibration load due to passing of a vehicle or a load of an upper structure transferred to the hydraulic jack due to a dead load, a live load, or temperature change by the upper structure when and after the upper structure of a bridge is lifted until construction is completed. The vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge also reduces stress or vibration without a slope and, therefore, can minimize transfer of the vibration or the stress to a lower structure or the upper structure. The vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge enables safe and stable construction of replacement and repair of the bridge support. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge comprises: an upper ground contact pressure panel including the hydraulic jack and an elastic pad; a lower ground contact pressure panel; and a ground contact pressure plate. Therefore, the vibration attenuation type lifting device for replacing and repairing a bridge support for a bridge minimizes damage to the lower structure due to the vibration or the stress of the vibration load and can obtain high safety and the effect of obtaining long usage periods.

    본 발명은 교량의 상부구조를 인상시나 인상 후 공사 완료시까지 상부구조에 의한 사하중(死荷重)이나 활하중(活荷重), 온도변화에 의한 유압 잭에 전달되는 상부구조의 하중이나 차량 통행에 따른 진동하중에 대하여 유압 잭이 설정된 범위 내를 이탈하지 않으면서 기울임 없이 진동이나 응력(應力)을 감소시켜 하부구조나 상부구조로 전달되는 것을 극소화함은 물론 교량받침 교체보수에 따른 안전하면서 안정적으로 시공이 이루어질 수 있도록 유압 잭과 탄성패드를 포함하는 상 접지압판, 하 접지압판 및 접지압 플레이트로 구성되는 교량용 교량받침 교체보수를 위한 진동저감형 인상장치 및 컴퓨터 제어방식이 적용되는 그 시공방법을 제공한다. 그에 따라 진동하중의 진동이나 응력에 의해 하부구조의 손상 됨을 극소화하여 오랜 사용기간을 확보할 수 있는 효과와 함께 높은 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
