The present invention relates to a functional buoyancy body, including: a floating unit manufactured by a synthetic resin material capable of floating on the water; and a damage preventing equilibrium function providing unit coupled to both sides of the floating unit, preventing the floating unit from being damaged, and providing an equilibrium function with respect to the floating unit.
