According to the present invention, a hybrid type control arm constituting a vehicle suspension system comprises: a metal plate for maintaining basic rigidity; and a composite material made of plastic resin and glass fiber to cover the entire outer surface of the plate. In the control arm, the composite material is coupled with an injection molding method in a state in which the plate is inserted into a mold, and a coupling force is increased through a pore formed through surface treatment between coupling surfaces of the plate and the composite material.

    본 발명에 따른 차량 현가장치를 구성하는 하이브리드 형태의 컨트롤 암은 기본 강성을 유지하기 위한 금속 재질의 플레이트; 및 상기 플레이트의 전체 외부면을 덮도록 플라스틱 수지와 유리 섬유로 이루어진 복합재;를 포함하고, 상기 컨트롤 암은 금형 내에 상기 플레이트가 인서트된 상태에서 상기 복합재를 사출 성형 방식으로 결합하고, 상기 플레이트와 복합재의 결합면 사이에는 표면 처리를 통해 형성된 기공을 통해 결합력이 증대된다.
