The present invention relates to a tire puncture prevention member. In particular, the tire puncture prevention member comprises: a first adhesive layer which is attached to an inner surface of a tire to permeate and primarily fill in a punctured part of the tire when the tire gets punctured; a second adhesive layer which is attached on top of the first adhesive layer while covering the first adhesive layer, to secondarily fill in the punctured part of the tire along with the first adhesive layer while keeping air inside the tire from being released externally due to the air pressure inside the tire; and a water-soluble inner line polymer which is coated on the first adhesive layer to serve as an adhesive attaching the first adhesive layer to the inner surface of the tire, and to prevent the tire from getting punctured. In particular, the aqueous inner line polymer may be prepared by mixing 55-65 wt% of an acrylic copolymer, 10-15 wt% of a special surfactant, 25-30 wt% of silica powder, and 1-5 wt% of an opalescent liquid additive, and heating the mixture to 25-30°C.

    본 발명의 타이어 펑크 방지 부재는, 타이어의 내면에 부착되어 타이어가 펑크나는 경우 타이어의 펑크 부분에 스며들어 타이어의 펑크 부분을 1차적으로 메우는 1차 점착층과, 1차 점착층을 덮는 형태로 1차 점착층 상에 부착되어 타이어의 펑크 부분을 1차 점착층과 함께 2차적으로 메우면서 타이어의 내부 공기 압력에 의해 타이어의 외부로 공기 누출을 방지하는 2차 점착층과, 1차 점착층에 도포되어 1차 점착층을 타이어의 내면에 부착시키는 접착제 기능과 함께 펑크 방지 역할을 하는 수용성 이너라인 폴리머를 포함할 수 있다. 수용성 이너라인 폴리머는, 아크릴 공중합체 55~65중량%, 특수계면 활성제 10~15중량%, 실리카 분말 25~30중량% 및 유백색 액상첨가제 1~5중량%를 혼합해서 25~30℃의 온도로 가열해서 생성할 수 있다.
