The present invention relates to a float and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a float consisting of a foamed material with improved internal strength and a method for manufacturing the same. The float of the present invention is formed by secondary foam molding of an outer member after primary foam molding of an inner member, thereby improving foam formation therein. The inner member is extended to a position adjacent to a linear member which connects the outer member to a fishing net or a connection structure so that an outer shape of the outer member is prevented from being changed and damaged due to pressure of the linear member, thereby improving durability thereof.

    본 발명은 부구와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 내부강도가 향상된 발포소재로 형성된 부구와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 부구는 내측부재 일차 발포 성형 후 외측부재가 이차 발포성형되어 형성되므로 내부의 발포성형성이 향상되고, 내측부재가 외측부재를 양식망 또는 간답대와 결속하는 선형부재에 인접한 위치까지 연장형성되어 있어 선형부재의 압력에 대한 외측부재의 외형변화 및 파손이 방지되므로 내구성이 향상 될수 있다.
