The present invention relates to a high frequency heat treatment device for restoring hardness and residual stress of a driving wheel. The high frequency heat treatment device for restoring hardness and residual stress of a driving wheel comprises: a lifting and rotating unit for a wheel and an axle, which lifts a wheel and an axle for a railway vehicle in which the wheel is connected to both sides of the axle, wherein the lifting and rotating unit for a wheel and an axle rotates the wheel and the axle moving to an upper side thereof; a high frequency induction heating and cooling unit performing high frequency heat treatment to restore the hardness and the residual stress of the axle on a wheel profile of the wheel in the wheel and the axle moving to the upper side by the lifting and rotating unit for a wheel and an axle; and a high frequency heating unit transfer unit moving the high frequency inducing heating and cooling unit to the wheel profile of the wheel in the wheel and the axle moving to the upper side by the lifting and rotating unit for a wheel and an axle. According to the present invention, the high frequency heat treatment device for restoring hardness and residual stress of a driving wheel can increase the hardness degraded due to repeated turning and can restore residual tensile stress formed in the wheel to residual compressive stress by a simple process by performing the heat treatment by performing a process of heating and cooling only the wheel profile of the wheel by using high frequency while the wheel and the axle are not separated.

    본 발명은 운행 차륜의 경도 및 잔류응력 복원을 위한 고주파 열처리 장치에 관한 것으로; 차축의 양측에 차륜이 결합된 상태의 철도차량용 윤축을 승강시키며 상측으로 이동한 윤축을 회전시키는 윤축 리프팅 및 회전 수단과, 상기 윤축 리프팅 및 회전수단에 의해 상측으로 이동한 윤축의 차륜 답면에 차륜의 경도 및 잔류응력 복원을 위한 고주파 열처리를 수행하는 고주파 유도가열 및 냉각 수단과, 상기 고주파 유도가열 및 냉각 수단을 상기 윤축 리프팅 및 회전수단에 의해 상측으로 이동한 윤축의 차륜 답면 방향으로 이동시키는 고주파 가열부 이송 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 차륜과 차축을 분리하지 않은 상태에서 차륜의 답면 부분만 고주파을 이용하여 가열하고 냉각시키는 과정을 거쳐 열처리할 수 있어 보다 간단한 과정으로 차륜에 형성된 인장잔류응력을 압축잔류응력으로 복원하고 반복적인 삭정으로 저하된 경도를 증가시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
