Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a high loop of a vehicle and a high loop manufactured thereby. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a high loop of a vehicle, which is coupled to a ceiling opening part of a vehicle, comprises the steps of: manufacturing an upper panel member, a lower panel member, and a reinforcing panel member by cutting a metal plate into a specific shape to form a plurality of members and by loading and pressing each member into a mold to be processed and have an appropriate curvature; holding the upper panel member, the lower panel member, and the reinforcing panel member in a shape maintaining device, and fixing the upper panel member, the lower panel member, and the reinforcing panel member to maintain a shape for a predetermined period of time so as to stabilize the shape; manufacturing an assembly product by temporarily assembling the lower panel member on the lower part of the upper panel member in which the shape has been stabilized; welding a connection part of the upper panel member and the lower panel member while being temporarily assembled; polishing and flattening the surface of the temporarily assembled assembly product which is firmly coupled by welding; and combining the reinforcing panel member on the inner side of the finished assembly product; and finally completing the product by performing coating on the surface of the assembly product. According to the present invention, a plurality of components made of a metal plate can be assembled to be manufactured in a desired shape, and durability can be improved by ensuring durability much higher than that of plastics. Also, the safety of a vehicle user can be protected by preventing the risk of fire, and utilization of an internal space can be improved.

    차량의 하이루프 제조방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 하이루프가 개시된다. 실시예에 따르면, 차량의 천장 개구부에 결합되는 차량의 하이루프를 제조함에 있어서, 금속판재를 특정형상으로 절단하여 다수의 부재를 형성하고, 각 부재를 금형에 장입한 후 프레스시켜 적정한 곡률을 갖도록 가공시켜 상부패널부재, 하부패널부재 및 강화패널부재를 제작하고; 상부패널부재, 하부패널부재, 강화패널부재를 형상유지장치에 거치시킨 후 일정시간동안 형상이 유지되도록 고정시켜 형상을 안정화시키며; 형상이 안정화된 상부패널부재의 하부에 하부패널부재를 가조립하여 조립품을 제조하고; 가조립된 상태에서 상부패널부재, 하부패널부재의 연결부위에 대해 용접을 실시하며; 용접에 의해 견고하게 결합된 가조립된 조립품의 표면을 연마하여 평탄화시키고; 완성된 조립품의 내측에 강화패널부재를 결합시키며; 조립품의 표면에 도장을 실시하여 완성하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 금속판재로 된 다수의 부품을 조립하여 원하는 형상으로 제작할 수 있고, 플라스틱보다 월등히 강화된 내구성을 갖게 되어 안전도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 화재 위험도 방지할 수 있어 차량 탑승자의 안전을 보호할 수 있고, 내부 공간의 활용도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
