The present invention relates to a refrigeration system with improved refrigeration efficiency of a refrigerated truck, and more specifically, to a refrigeration system with improved refrigeration efficiency of a refrigerated truck, which comprises: a compression unit which is driven by its own engine; a first condensation unit which primarily condenses a refrigerant which is supplied from the compression unit; a second condensation unit which is placed in front of the first condensation unit and distanced from the first condensation unit for a certain distance (d) and which secondarily condenses the refrigerant, which is primarily condensed by the first condensation unit; an expansion valve which lets the refrigerant, which is condensed by the first condensation unit and the second condensation unit, be throttled and supplied at a low temperature and pressure; and an evaporation unit which supplies cold air to a refrigeration unit by using the refrigerant, which is cooled by the expansion valve. According to the present invention, as the truck drives or stops, a refrigerant is supplied to the evaporation unit by going through only the first condensation unit or is supplied to the evaporation unit by going through the first condensation unit and the second condensation unit. Thus, the temperature of the refrigeration unit can be easily maintained even when the truck stops.

    본 발명은 냉동탑차의 냉동 효율이 향상된 냉동 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자체 엔진으로 구동되는 압축부; 상기 압축부로부터 공급되는 냉매를 1차 응축시키는 제1응축부; 상기 제1응축부의 전방에 구비되되, 상기 제1응축부와 소정의 간격(d) 만큼 이격되어 배치되며, 상기 제1응축부에서 1차 응축된 냉매를 2차 응축시키는 제2응축부; 상기 제1응축부 및 제2응축부에서 응축된 냉매가 교축(throtting)되어 저온 및 저압 상태로 공급되도록 하는 팽창밸브; 및 상기 팽창밸브에서 냉각된 냉매를 이용하여 냉동부에 냉기를 공급하는 증발부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 차량의 주행 및 정차에 따라 냉매가 제1응축부만을 거쳐 증발부로 공급되도록 하거나, 제1응축부 및 제2응축부를 거쳐 증발부로 공급되도록 함으로써, 차량의 정차시에도 냉동부의 온도 유지가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 장점이 있다.
