The present invention relates to a ground effect removal device for stabilizing the posture of an unmanned aerial vehicle having a small rotor at the time of taking off and landing and, more specifically, to a ground effect removal device for stabilizing the posture of an unmanned aerial vehicle having a small rotor at the time of taking off and landing, which provides flying conditions, such as being located at a high altitude without a ground effect, to an unmanned aerial vehicle even if the unmanned aerial vehicle is close to the ground in order to allow the unmanned aerial vehicle to stably take off and land even under a space restriction. The ground effect removal device for stabilizing the posture of an unmanned aerial vehicle having a small rotor at the time of taking off and landing comprises an air flow inducing device which has an air flow inducing part for inducing air, an installation part where the air flow inducing part is installed, and a support part installed in the end of the installation part.
