The present invention relates to a method to integrally control an indoor temperature of a vehicle and, more specifically, relates to an integrated control method for the indoor temperature of a vehicle capable of providing indoor temperatures optimized to passengers by grasping a set temperature of an air conditioner and the conditions of outdoor air and cooling water. If the air conditioner device of a vehicle is set in an automatic operation mode, the outdoor air exceeds a set first temperature range and the air conditioner device for a vehicle is turned on; and an electronic control unit (ECU) determines a level of cold air in accordance to a range of input voltages of a blower for a vehicle to cool an inside of the vehicle. If the automatic operation mode of the air conditioner device is released, the ventilation and hot wire of a seat is in a manual operation mode; the outdoor temperature of the vehicle is a second temperature range or lower, or the vehicle starts the engine over an hour; and the ECU stops the integrated control of the indoor temperature and controls the blower in accordance to the set state of the air conditioner set by the passenger.
