According to the present invention, a core is formed by using Aluminum, which is 1/3 lighter than the weight of steel, carbon fibers are braided on the outer circumferential surface of the core, resin is penetrated into a space between the braided carbon fibers and is hardened to make a stabilizer bar. Therefore, in comparison with a stabilizer bar formed by a steel spring SUP6, the stabilizer bar, which has a lighter weight and superior strength, may be obtained. Moreover, the Aluminum core and a joint bolt are firmly coupled with each other by using a screw coupling method or a sawtooth coupling method to prevent the joint bolt for connecting a suspension arm with the stabilizer bar from being released from the core or running idle. Therefore, the stabilizer bar may be stably coupled to the suspension arm.

    본 발명은, 강보다 1/3 가벼운 알루미늄으로 코어를 만들고, 코어의 외주면에 탄소섬유를 브레이딩하고, 브레이딩된 탄소섬유 사이로 수지를 침투시킨 후 경화시켜 스테빌라이저바를 만들므로, 스프링강 SUP6으로 스테빌라이저바를 만들 때 보다 무게는 덜 나가면서 강도는 우수한 스테빌라이저바를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 알루미늄 코어와 조인트볼트가 나사결합방식 또는 톱니결합방식으로 단단하게 결합되므로, 서스펜션암과 스테빌라이저바를 연결해 주는 조인트볼트가 알루미늄 코어로부터 빠지거나 헛돌지 않게 된다. 따라서, 스테빌라이저바가 서스펜션암에 안정적으로 결합될 수 있다.
