A drive shaft assembly adopting CFRP according to the present invention includes a hollow core shaft (10), a coupling shaft (20) which is connected to both sides of the core shaft (10), and a shaft cover (30) which is coupled with the core shaft (10) and the coupling shaft (20) in the form of surrounding outer circumferential surfaces of the two shafts. The shaft cover (30) are bound to the fastening protrusion (24) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling shaft (20). The present invention can increase the bonding strength between the coupling shaft and a core shaft by being simultaneously coupled to the fastening protrusions in the process of deploying a carbon fiber by a braiding method on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling shaft and a core shaft after forming fastening protrusion on the outer circumferential surface of both sides of the coupling shaft.

    본 발명에 따른 CFRP를 적용한 드라이브 샤프트 어셈블리는 중공 형상의 코어 샤프트(10), 상기 코어 샤프트(10)의 양측에 연결되는 결합 샤프트(20), 및 상기 코어 샤프트(10)와 상기 결합 샤프트(20)의 외주면을 둘러싸는 형태로 결합되는 샤프트 커버(30)를 포함하며, 상기 샤프트 커버(30)는 상기 결합 샤프트(20)의 외주면 상에 형성된 체결 돌기(24)에 결속된다. 본 발명은 양측 결합 샤프트의 외주면 상에 체결 돌기를 형성한 후에, 샤프트 커버가 결합 샤프트 및 코어 샤프트의 외주면 상에 탄소 섬유가 브레이딩 공법으로 전개되는 과정에서 상기 체결 돌기에도 동시에 결합하는 구조를 갖게 함으로써 결합 샤프트 및 코어 샤프트 간의 결합 강도를 높일 수 있다.
