The sealant layer 22 has a structure including a first sealant layer 22a and a second sealant layer 22b laminated in this order from the inner liner 19 side. The viscosity of the first sealant layer 22a is lower than the viscosity of the second sealant layer 22b. The difference between the viscosity of the first sealant layer 22a at 0°C and the viscosity of the second sealant layer 22b at 0°C is 1 to 50 kPa s, and the difference between the viscosity of the first sealant layer 22a at 95°C and the viscosity of the second sealant layer 22b at 95°C is 0.1 to 20 kPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
