To obtain necessary incombustibility and enable pultrusion by specifying a range of added amount of aluminum hydroxide to a resin in a fiber reinforced resin molded body with considering a relationship with thickness of a molded article.SOLUTION: In manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin molded body by blending aluminum hydroxide as a fire retardant to a resin, molded thickness is set in a range of 3.5 mm to 6.5 mm, and the aluminum hydroxide is set in a range of 170 pts.wt. to 300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin. Based on the condition, since viscosity increase is suppressed, an upper surface protective sheet 1 of the fiber reinforced resin molded body covered over a third rail 3 in a structure of the third rail 3 for supplying electrical power to a railway vehicle running on a rail 2 can be manufactured by pultrusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
