PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar power generation device installed on the water which easily makes it possible that the installation state thereof is not easily impaired due to the effects of wind and waves.SOLUTION: A solar power generation device 11 installed on the water is equipped with a power generation float 11a which has a solar battery panel and floats on the water surface. The solar power generation device installed on the water is moored to a mooring device 12 which includes a cable 62 extending from the solar power generation device 11 installed on the water and an anchor 63 to which the cable 62 is connected and which is installed on a bottom 13 of the water. The anchor 63 includes: a moving body 64 which is placed on the bottom 13 of the water; and a holding body 65 which holds the moving body 64 on the bottom 13 of the water while allowing the moving body to move. A biting part 66 extending obliquely downward from the bottom surface is formed on the moving body 64. The anchor 63 is installed so that the moving body 64 moves with the biting part 66 as a head. The solar power generation device 11 installed on the water is installed on the water, the moving body 64 is towed by the cable 62, and the biting part 66 of the moving body 64 is made to bite into the bottom of the water, which makes it possible to easily obtain a strong fixed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
