To provide a vehicle management system capable of suppressing delays in the production operations of unmanned vehicles, while enabling operators of manned vehicles to grasp the necessity of avoiding regional interference.SOLUTION: A vehicle management system 1 comprises a control station 30 that controls an unmanned vehicle 20 and a manned vehicle 90. A control device 31 of the control station 30 transmits a command for regulating a speed of the unmanned vehicle 20 to a traveling control device 21 of the unmanned vehicle 20 when it detects the occurrence of regional interference where regions 63, 64A, and 64B of the unmanned vehicle 20 and a region 65 of the manned vehicle 90 are overlapped on the basis of a position of the unmanned vehicle 20 and the position of the manned vehicle 90. The control device 31 estimates a production delay index of the unmanned vehicle 20 due to the influence of regional interference when the occurrence of regional interference is predicted, and transmits the command to output a warning, which includes the production delay index, to a control device 91 of the manned vehicle 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
