To improve a technology about pest control of a farm field using an unmanned aircraft.SOLUTION: In an information processing device 30 provided with a control part 33, the control part 33 predicts the scattering range of a chemical to be sprayed to a farm field by a first unmanned aircraft 10, and controls a three-dimensional position or a moving route of a second unmanned aircraft 20 so as to prevent the chemical from being scattered to surroundings of the farm field by downwash of the second unmanned aircraft 20 in the case of determining that the chemical is scattered to the surroundings of the farm field on the basis of the scattering range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
