The metal layer 11 includes metal having an oxidation reduction potential of 0 V or less and has a plate shape or a foil shape. The radiation generation layer 12 contains a mixture of natural ore containing a radiation substance, conductive metal powder, and a radiation transmissive resin. The conductive metal powder is metal powder or alloy powder having volume electric resistivity at 0°C of 5 μΩ cm or less, and a radiation dose generated by the radiation generation layer 12 is 0.02 μSv/h or more and 0.2 μSv/h or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両用帯電電荷低減装置のさらなる小型化あるいは高密度化を実現する。【解決手段】本発明の放射線照射構造(物質活性化部材10)は、金属層11と、放射線発生層12とによる積層構造である。金属層11は、酸化還元電位が0V以下の金属等を含む板状又は箔状である。放射線発生層12は、放射性物質を含有する天然鉱石と、導電性金属粉末と、放射線透過性樹脂との混合物を含む。導電性金属粉末は、0℃における体積電気抵抗率が5μΩ・cm以下である金属粉末又は合金粉末であり、放射線発生層12が発生する放射線量は、0.02μSv/h以上0.2μSv/h以下である。【選択図】図1
