To improve safety of delivery type car sharing service.SOLUTION: A communication device 20 comprises: a communication unit 23 which communicates with a terminal of a user 11; and a control unit 21 which determines whether to set a desired spot as a spot of a delivery destination of a shared vehicle 12 by referring to skill data regarding a driving skill of the user 11 and road data regarding a road around the desired spot when request data for requesting reservation of the shard vehicle 12 by designating the desired spot as the spot of the delivery destination of the shared vehicle 12 is received from the terminal via the communication unit 23 and transmits suggestion data for suggesting an alternative spot different from the desired spot to the user 11 as the spot of the delivery destination of the shared vehicle 12 to the terminal via the communication unit 23 when it is determined that the desired spot is not set as the spot of the delivery destination of the shared vehicle 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】配送型カーシェアリングサービスの安全性を向上させる。【解決手段】通信装置20は、ユーザ11の端末装置と通信を行う通信部23と、共用車両12の配送先の地点として希望地点を指定して共用車両12の予約を要求する要求データを、通信部23を介して、端末装置から受信すると、ユーザ11の運転技量に関する技量データと、希望地点の周辺の道路に関する道路データとを参照して、希望地点を共用車両12の配送先の地点に設定するかどうかを判断し、希望地点を共用車両12の配送先の地点に設定しないと判断すると、共用車両12の配送先の地点として希望地点とは異なる代替地点をユーザ11に提案する提案データを、通信部23を介して、端末装置に送信する制御部21とを備える。【選択図】図1
