To provide a power supply and demand control system in which a storage battery installed in an electric vehicle is more effectively used.SOLUTION: A power supply and demand control system 1 includes a wireless charger/discharger 41, an EMS 2, and an operation management server 3. The wireless charger/discharger 41 is disposed on a road, and charges/discharges wirelessly a traveling electric automobile 5 having an on-vehicle storage battery 51 installed therein. The EMS 2 acquires, by units of prescribed areas, power supply and demand information D1 that includes information about a supply amount of power including power generated by a renewable energy generation facility 6, and information about a demand power amount of a demand facility 8. The operation management server 3 acquires, from the electric automobile 5, vehicle information D3 that includes positional information and charge state information on the electric automobile. The EMS 2 acquires the power supply and demand information D1 and the vehicle information D3, and controls a charging/discharging operation of the wireless charger/discharger 41 and the electric automobile 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
