To provide advertisement information to a remote operator in a start standby time of a vehicle during a remote operation.SOLUTION: A remote operation device determines whether or not the state of a vehicle is a temporary stop state based on travel environment data of the vehicle during the remote operation of the vehicle by a remote operator. When it is determined that the state of the vehicle is not the temporary stop state, the remote operation device outputs display image data generated by using peripheral image data of the vehicle to a display device. When it is determined that the state of the vehicle is the temporary stop state, the remote operation device outputs display image data generated by using the peripheral image data of the vehicle and advertisement image data to the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
