To provide a vehicular operation system capable of vehicular automatic operation and remote operation and further smoothly switching to the remote operation from the automatic operation in accordance with the requirement of an operator.SOLUTION: An automatic operation system includes an automatic operation control device, a remote operation device, an automatic operation control device, and an operation management apparatus for managing permission and inhibition of vehicular operation by the automatic operation control device and the remote operation device. Further, the remote operation device includes a monitor device for monitoring a state of an operator. In a case where the remote operation device requires start of a remote operation while the vehicle is under an automatic operation, the operation management apparatus verifies that the operator is in a cockpit of the remote operation device with the operator being awake, requires the automatic operation control device to execute the automatic operation of the vehicle so as to place the vehicle into a travel state ready for the remote operation, and permits the remote operation after the vehicle becomes the travel state ready for the remote operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】車両の自動運転及び遠隔運転が可能であって、オペレータの要求に応じて自動運転から遠隔運転への切り替えをスムーズに行うことができる車両の運転システムを提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る自動運転システムは、自動運転制御装置と、遠隔運転装置と、自動運転制御装置及び遠隔運転装置による車両の運転の可不可を管理する運転管理装置と、を含む。また、遠隔運転装置は、オペレータの状態を監視する監視装置を備える。運転管理装置は、車両が自動運転を実施中に遠隔運転装置から遠隔運転の開始が要求されたとき、オペレータの状態が遠隔運転装置のコックピットにいる状態であり、かつ覚醒状態であることを確認し、車両が遠隔運転可能な走行状態となるように自動運転制御装置に対して車両の自動運転の実施を要求し、車両が遠隔運転可能な走行状態となった後、遠隔運転装置に対して遠隔運転を許可する。【選択図】図5
