To provide a hub unit bearing capable of suppressing creep and relative displacement in an axial direction with respect to a hub, and comprising a seal device including a sliding contact ring with a manufacturing cost reduced.SOLUTION: A sliding contact ring 50 of a seal device 5a has an outside sliding contact ring 26 and an inside sliding contact ring 27. The outside sliding contact ring 26 has an annular sliding contact core 29 that is spaced radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of a hub 3, and an elastic member 30 fixed to the radially inner end of the sliding contact core 29 and externally fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the hub 3, where the outside sliding contact ring is arranged adjacent to the axially inner side of a rotary flange 10. The inside sliding contact ring 27 has a regulation part 53 that faces outward in the axial direction, contacts the elastic member 30, and regulates the displacement of the elastic member 30 inward in the axial direction, where the inside sliding contact ring is formed into an annular shape and is externally fitted and fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the hub 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
