To realize a structure capable of preventing relative displacement of a slinger to a hub, while preventing galling and undesired deformation from occurring in the slinger, when the slinger is externally fitted to the hub.SOLUTION: An inner peripheral surface of a first seal member 30 coupled and fixed to a cylindrical part 32 of a slinger body 29 is externally fitted to a cylindrical surface part 15, and an axial outside surface of a second seal member 31 coupled and fixed to an axial outside surface (of an outer diameter side flat plate part 36) of an upright plate part 33 abuts against an axial inside surface (flat surface part 14) of a rotary flange 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
