To make it possible to improve moving service after a passenger gets off a share-ride vehicle.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle 100 is designed to enable transferring of a passenger from a relatively large-sized share-ride vehicle 10. The automatic driving vehicle 100 comprises an autonomous travel control part 72 (steering control part) capable of laterally parking for stopping a vehicle by bringing a door way 131 (second door way) as a doorway of one's own vehicle alongside a door way 42 (first door way) for changing the share-ride vehicle 10, during stopping of the share-ride vehicle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
