To a method for quantitatively determining a production amount of a cyclic sulfide structure in a rubber component, and appropriately setting a vulcanization condition of the rubber component based on the calculated production amount of the cyclic sulfide structure.SOLUTION: A vulcanization method of a rubber composition adjusts a molar ratio of a cyclic sulfide structure to entire 1,4-isoprene binding units in a rubber component to 2.0 mol% or less, in which the molar ratio is calculated by measuring solid 13C-NMR of the rubber composition containing the rubber component containing the isoprene-based rubber, and determining a ratio of a peak area of a carbon peak derived from a carbon atom forming a double bond in carbon atoms constituting the 1,4-isoprene binding units of the rubber component in the obtained 13C-NMR to a peak area of a carbo peak derived from a carbon atom coupled to a sulfur atom in the carbon atoms constituting the cyclic sulfide structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
