To provide a cushion body which can obtain dynamic characteristic different from the dynamic characteristic obtained from only a porous structure and to provide a manufacturing method which can obtain the cushion body capable of obtaining the dynamic characteristic different from the dynamic characteristic obtainable from only the porous structure.SOLUTION: The cushion body 5 of the present invention includes: a porous structure 1 that is composed of flexible resin or rubber; and a bag body 6 that partitions space inside. The bag body is situated inside the porous structure and is composed integrally with the porous structure. The porous structure is provided with a skeleton part 2 over the entirety. The skeleton part is composed of a plurality of bone parts 2B and a plurality of connection parts 2J that connect the end parts of the plurality of bone parts with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
