To suppress exhaust gas from leaking.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas treatment apparatus, which treats exhaust gas, comprises: a reaction tower having an inner space extending in a height direction from a bottom part side into which exhaust gas is introduced to an upper part side from which the exhaust gas is exhausted; a trunk pipe, provided to extend in the height direction in the inner space of the reaction tower, through which liquid is conveyed; and a plurality of branched pipes, provided at different height positions, which respectively have jetting parts, provided to extend from an outside surface of the trunk pipe toward an inside surface of the reaction tower, which jet liquid supplied from the trunk pipe. In the reaction tower, a plurality of introduction openings through which exhaust gas is introduced into the inner space are provided lower than the first branched pipe provided at the lowest position, of the plurality of branched pipes, where a planar shape of at least one introduction opening of the plurality of introduction openings includes a curve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
