The blade has: a blade body that is connected to the rotational shaft and has a blade-shaped cross section forming a first angle of attack θ1 with respect to the rotation direction with a front side in the rotation direction defined as a leading edge Le; and a plurality of chip blades 22 that protrude radially outward from an end part on an outer peripheral side of the blade body, are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction, and have a blade-shaped cross section forming a second angle of attack θ2 smaller than the first angle of attack with respect to the rotation direction with the front side in the rotation direction defined as the leading edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
