To make it possible to implement sensing without being influenced by a crew posture and to detect accurate biological information by easily removing noise.SOLUTION: A biological information sensing device comprises: a plurality of variable bladders that are deformable depending on variations in supply pressure and pressure caused by a biological information acquisition target; pressure introduction units that have one ends connected to the variable bladders and can transmit variations in the supply pressure and the pressure caused by the biological information acquisition target; a pressure sensor that is provided on each of the pressure introduction units, detects the supply pressure and the pressure caused by the biological information acquisition target, and outputs a pressure detection signal; and a biological information acquisition unit that receives input of the pressure detection signal, extracts a variation in the pressure caused by the biological information acquisition target, and acquires biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
