To solve the conventional problem in that it takes much time to allocate a car from the input of a call since a car selected from all cars of an elevator is allocated for the call based on group scale after receiving an input of the call including information about the group scale.SOLUTION: A group management control device 3 includes: a number-of-persons calculation unit 33a for calculating the remaining allowable number of persons, which is a value obtained by subtracting the allocated number of persons that is the number of persons allocated to the car from a fixed capacity of a car or the allowable number of persons that is set based on the fixed capacity of the car for each car; a boarding candidate car allocation unit 33b for allocating a car whose remaining allowable number of persons is larger than the number of persons shown by a remaining allowable number button 12a to the remaining allowable number button 12a as a boarding candidate car; and a boarding car allocation unit 34a for determining one car among boarding candidate cars allocated to the selected remaining allowable number button 12a as a boarding car when the remaining allowable number button 12a is selected to allocate the boarding car.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
