To provide a technique capable of charging an electric vehicle at a lower price in public charging facilities.SOLUTION: An ECU 30 controls charging of a high-voltage battery 20 mounted on a vehicle 100 from a charging station 200. More specifically, the ECU 30 includes: a charging information acquisition unit 301 for acquiring information (charging information) on electric charge rates of charging from the charging station 200 to the high-voltage battery 20 per time zone divided in advance; and a charging control unit 302 for charging the high-voltage battery 20 from the charging station 200 so that a relatively inexpensive electric charge rate corresponding to a time zone is charged in the time zone of a section after switching in a case where the section of the time zone is switched so that the electric charge rates become relatively low before and after switching of the time zone during charging from the charging station 200 to the high voltage battery 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】公共の充電施設等において、より安い料金で電動車両への充電を行わせることが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一実施形態に係るECU30は、充電スタンド200から車両100に搭載される高電圧バッテリ20への充電に関する制御を行う。具体的には、ECU30は、予め区分される時間帯ごとの充電スタンド200から高電圧バッテリ20への充電の電力料金に関する情報(課金情報)を取得する課金情報取得部301と、充電スタンド200から高電圧バッテリ20への充電の最中に時間帯の切り替わりの前後で電力料金が相対的に安くなるように時間帯の区分が切り替わる場合、切り替わり後の区分の時間帯において、その時間帯に対応する相対的に安い電力料金が課金されるように、充電スタンド200から高電圧バッテリ20への充電を行わせる充電制御部302と、を備える。【選択図】図2
