To provide a security lamp capable of improving visibility of the security lamp at twilight.SOLUTION: A security lamp comprises a solar battery 20, a light emission portion 10, an illumination intensity detection unit 40 detecting illumination intensity of the surrounding, and a control unit 50 that controls luminosity of the light emission portion 10 based on an illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40. The control unit 50 compares a first threshold and a second threshold each of which is a threshold to an illumination intensity with the illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40 to control the luminosity of the light emission portion 10. The second threshold is larger than the first threshold. The control unit 50 turns off the light emission portion 10 when the illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40 is higher than the second threshold, causes the light emission portion 10 to emit light when the illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40 is equal to or less than the first threshold, and when the illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40 is higher than the first threshold and is lower than the second threshold, causes the light emission portion 10 to emit light with luminosity larger than when the illumination intensity detected by the illumination intensity detection unit 40 is equal to or less than the first threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】薄暮時における保安灯の視認性を向上させることのできる保安灯を提供すること。【解決手段】太陽電池20と、発光部10と、周囲の照度を検出する照度検出部40と、照度検出部40で検出した照度に基づいて発光部10の光度を制御する制御部50と、を備え、制御部50は、照度に対する閾値である第1閾値及び第2閾値と、照度検出部40で検出した照度とを比較することにより発光部10の光度を制御し、第2閾値は、第1閾値よりも値が大きい閾値になっており、制御部50は、照度検出部40で検出した照度が第2閾値より高い場合は、発光部10を消灯させ、照度検出部40で検出した照度が第1閾値以下である場合は、発光部10を発光させ、照度検出部40で検出した照度が第1閾値より高く、第2閾値以下である場合は、照度検出部40で検出した照度が第1閾値以下である場合よりも光度を大きくして発光部10を発光させる。【選択図】図6
