To provide a computer system which adequately manages flights.SOLUTION: A computer system 1 (a route management system) comprises at least one processor. The at least one processor conducts a control relating to a flight of a flying object, based on aerial map data 21 which display a relation between an aerial constituent (a virtual constituent) indicating an aerial domain and a periphery environment of the aerial domain (aerial environment, ground environment: natural object, artifact, inhibited section, radio situation, meteorology, events) and a range affected by a flying object that is positioned in the aerial constituent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
