To provide a conjugated diene-based polymer composition capable of obtaining a rubber composition highly excellent in the balance of snow performance and wet performance.SOLUTION: A conjugated diene-based polymer composition containing a rubber component (A) of 20 to 99 pts.mass which is a conjugated diene-based polymer having a glass transition temperature of - 35°C or higher and 1 to 90 pts.mass of a rubber component (B) having a glass transition temperature of lower than - 50°C, in which the rubber component (A) contains a conjugated diene-based polymer (A1) containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene-based compound, the conjugated diene-based polymer (A1) has an absolute molecular weight according to a GPC-light-scattering-measurement measuring method with a viscosity detector of 40×104 or higher and 5000x 104 or smaller, and a degree of branching (Bn) according to the GPC-light-scattering-measurement measuring method with the viscosity detector is 8 or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: None
