To accurately position and fix a resolver and maintain the position accuracy to enable the resolver to continuously achieve excellent detection performance while avoiding interference between an in-wheel motor driving device and peripheral components.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes: a motor part A which drives a wheel; a wheel bearing part C which rotationally supports the wheel; a resolver D which detects a rotation angle of the motor part A; and a casing 22 which houses at least the motor part A. The resolver D includes: a rotor 55 which is attached to a rotary shaft 26 of the motor part A; a stator 56 attached to the casing 22; and a pressing plate 58 which presses the stator 56 in an axial direction between itself and the casing 22. The pressing plate 58 integrally has: claw parts 60 which press the stator 56 in the axial direction at circumferential positions; and bolt fixing parts 61, each of which is provided at a position different from the claw part 60 in a circumferential direction and fixed to the casing 22 by a bolt 59.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
