To provide a vibration signal generator and a vibration signal generation program, capable of allowing a user to experience a suitable engine vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration signal generator 100 includes: first sine-wave signal generating means 90 generating a first sine-wave signal S7 based on a sine-wave including a predetermined low frequency as a main frequency component; second sine-wave signal generating means 10 generating a second sine-wave signal S3 based on a sine-wave that includes a predetermined low frequency as a main frequency component and varies the main frequency component according to an increase or decrease in engine speed; and signal synthesis means 50 generating a vibration signal S10 for generating a vibration with vibration generating means 303 that is installed to a seat, by synthesizing the first sine-wave signal S7 and the second sine-wave signal S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
