To provide a thin meta-surface reflector capable of causing vertically polarized waves and horizontally polarized waves to induce abnormal wave reflection by using a cross-shaped resonator.SOLUTION: A meta-surface reflection plate includes a dielectric substrate, a metal ground layer which is provided on the bottom surface of the dielectric substrate and does not allow polarized waves in all directions to pass through the meta-surface reflection plate, and a plurality of supercells having two or more kinds of cross-shaped metal resonators having different arm lengths. The supercells having the metal resonators are formed on the upper surface of a dielectric substrate, and arranged in a cycle of a diffraction grating which reflects vertically and horizontally polarized waves of incident waves and causes electromagnetic waves at a predetermined frequency to induce abnormal wave reflection in a required phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】十字型の共振器を用いることにより、垂直偏波および水平偏波を異常波反射させることができる薄型のメタサーフェス反射板を実現する。【解決手段】メタサーフェス反射板は、誘電体基板、誘電体基板の底面に設けられ、全ての向きの偏波に対しメタサーフェス反射板を透過させない金属グラウンド層、および、アーム長の異なる2種以上の十字型の金属共振器を有する複数のスーパーセルを備える。金属共振器を有するスーパーセルは、誘電体基板の上面に形成され、入射波の垂直偏波および水平偏波を反射させ、所定周波数での電磁波を要求される位相で異常波反射させる回折格子の周期で配列されている。【選択図】図1
